Angela is a best-selling novelist and screenwriter. Follow Me, Angela’s debut crime thriller, was named Amazon’s Rising Star Debut January 2016, long listed for the Crime Writer’s Association Dagger in the Library 2016, and short listed for the Dead Good Page Turner Award 2016.

For screen, Angela is currently working on an original drama in development with ITV, and has new developments with a number of production companies, including West Road Pictures, Lookout Point, Wild Mercury, SunnyMarch, FilmWave, and more. She is contributing an episode to Lookout Point’s new adaptation of the Agatha Christie Tommy and Tuppence books. For audio, Angela has written an episode for the BBC Sounds’ Tales from Malory Towers Podcast (King Bert Productions, 2021).

A sufferer of the rare genetic condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome III, Angela is passionate about bringing disabled talent and stories into the industry. She also really wishes there were more mirrors in accessible toilets, so she could check her hair before meetings.
