Anna St-Germain

Anna is a Canadian lawyer based in London, who studied English Literature at McGill University and Common Law at the University of Ottawa. Having begun her writing career as a playwright, Anna wrote and directed for theatre festivals, and received funding from the Canada Council for the Arts to attend readings of one of her plays at Babes with Blades Theatre Company in Chicago.

A lifelong lover of speculative fiction, Anna has now turned to writing novels, and her epic fantasy novel Heir to the Killers’ Kingdom was longlisted for the Caledonia Novel Award 2025. Anna has maintained her daily writing streak for over a decade.

In addition to her love of writing, Anna is an amateur actor who regularly entreats directors to give her fight scenes. She is also passionate about travel and classic rock.
