Christine Marples

Christine lives in a tiny village in Northumberland which has breath-taking views and a brilliant pub.

In the past she has been – in no particular order – a journalist, film extra, fish and chip shop server, lecturer, cleaner, barmaid, researcher, solicitor, florist and petrol-pump attendant.

Presently, Christine works as a legal editor for the publishing arm of an international law services company.

Christine is currently working on a contemporary novel exploring the nature of family and belonging – whether, when blood, adoptive and marital family have all fallen short, a new family of friends can be forged by loyalty, support and shared values.
