Emma Robertson

Emma Robertson lives in London with her husband and writes fiction around teaching dance and travelling as much as she can.

Before completing her first novel, Emma wrote short stories and flash fiction, with pieces published in a number of anthologies and literary magazines including Popshot Quarterly, Idle Ink and Lunate. In 2022 she was longlisted for the Bath Flash Fiction Award and was one of the winners of Spread the Word’s ‘City of Stories’ competition. She previously wrote nonfiction articles for dance industry journals and her balance of dance teaching and writing was recently featured in Mslexia’s ‘My Portfolio Career’ column.
