When Katy was eleven, she wanted to be either a journalist working for the Guardian, or the illustrator of comic strips such as Garfield or Peanuts, but soon forgot all about her creative side after getting her first office job and eventually accidentally falling into a career in IT.
After a few decades of feeling like a square peg in a round hole, Katy remembered her artistic side and signed up for a year long illustration course.
Katy is currently working on her debut novel, Together In Electric Dreams.
