Rachel Phipps

Rachel is a food writer, and a self-taught home cook. Her words and recipes have appeared in The Times, the Telegraph, the Guardian, The I, Good Housekeeping, Stylist, Fabulous, Hello!, BBC Food, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Great British Chefs, Food52, Borough Market Life, and Buzzfeed, among others. She has been sharing easy weeknight dinner ideas on her food blog for over 15 years.

Her first book, Student Eats, tells how she became a food writer by way of her attempts to teach her fellow students how to cook while studying English at the University of London and the University of California, Los Angeles. Her second book, One Pan Pescatarian, takes the stress out of weeknight cooking with meat-free recipes inspired by world flavours.
