The bestselling debut from Louise Beech, How To Be Brave (Orenda Books, September 2015), will be treading the boards!

Foluso Agbaje

Foluso Agbaje’s poignant and moving debut novel, The Parlour Wife (One More Chapter) was published, and Nigerian rights were also sold to Masobe Books!

French rights for two books including Eva Björg' Ægisdóttir’s fifth ‘Forbidden Iceland’ book, Boys Who Hurt (Orenda Books, June 2024), have been sold to EDLM.

Thomas Leeds

The cover for the third in Thomas Leeds’ ‘Jayben’ trilogy, Jayben and the Dragon Stone (Hodder Children’s, January 2025), has been revealed.

Anna Jacobs

Spanish rights for Anna JacobsThe Trader’s Wife (Hodder & Stoughton, October 2011), have been sold to Editorial Planeta.

Tom Hindle

We were delighted to hear that Tom Hindle’s recently-published Murder on Lake Garda (Century, January 2024), was the no.3 in The Sunday Times’ list of of the bestselling books of the summer, across all formats and genres.

Jón Atli Jónasson

Congratulations to Jón Atli Jónasson, whose debut novel, Broken, has been sold to Corylus Books in a deal negotiated by David Headley.

The first in this hard-boiled Reykjavík crime trilogy will be published in mid-2025.

Louise Swanson

Lights Out, the second dystopian thriller from Louise Swanson (Hodder & Stoughton) was published in hardback.

The book will be published by Square Peg in October 2024.

David Goodman

Congratulations to David Goodman, whose debut novel, A Reluctant Spy (Headline), was published last week. The book was reviewed in The Financial Times:

As well as being selected as a September pick in The Times.
